Many companies can determine a big vision and ambitious target. However, only few companies with proper strategic plan and execu- tion who can actually achieve it. Leaders need to set a clear and stra- tegic plan based on the vision that their companies have, engage the team to ensure they understand what needs to be done and willing to execute the plan optimally. Therefore, the leaders’ role and capability in strategic planning and organizing is very critical to ensure the achievement of the company.
