Alexander Sriewijono believes that work should be more than just a source of daily bread. As a Psychologist, it is his passion to help professionals improving their employability and the feeling of fulfillment as a human being. He translates this belief and passion into an organization called Daily Meaning that acts as a strategic partner for organizations in improving their organizational capability through sharp learning and development programs.
As a scholar, Alexander obtained a Master in Management focusing in Human Resources from Westminster University, UK and a Bachelor Degree (BSc) in Psychology from the University of Indonesia. He received the British Chevening in 2004 and the Best UK Alumni Award in 2008 for his professional achievement in social entrepreneurship area. Currently, Alexander is also a guest lecturer at Post Graduate Program, University of Indonesia.
As a discussion partner, he frequently hosts a number of television and radio talk shows, seminars and workshops in various areas of people practices. He is also an avid writer who is frequently cited in a number of leading magazines in Indonesia. The four books that he has written are Answer Your Questions (2004), The Career Handbook (2006), TALK-inc Points (2008) and TALK-inc Points For Kids and Parents(2010). Not only that he has hosted Cosmopolitan Career Radio Talk Show on Cosmopolitan FM consistently for the last six years, his Friends and The City – a talk show TV program on O Channel – has been reviewed by its viewers as an inspiring TV program. His most recent contribution is the weekly Career Dialogue on Metro TV’s 8eleven Show.
As a student of life, he continuously enriches his life by exploring nature and culture, combining it with his passion in photography. In one life, he has taken over 50 journeys, visited 20 countries and lived with 9 indigenous tribes.
