In 2014, Garuda Indonesia became one of the eight airlines to earn the prestigious 5-Star rating from Skytrax marking the end of the 5-year Quantum Leap program.  The journey of becoming 5-Stars Airlines could be considered relatively long, and short.

This Quantum program could become completed when it could be easily communicated, could get the buy-in, and able to drive the stakeholders.

Thus why, several learning programs related to communications were designed specially to be able to fulfill the needs and current challenges.

Mind Grabbing Presenation” program was designed specially for OLDP and given to 2 batches in 2010, to strengthen the middle managers in presenting their ideas toward change in getting the supports.

“Smart Lobbying” program developed to be given for several roles who taking parts in building long-term partnership with all the stakeholders, and was given to 10 batches in GM, DM, SS and SM levels in 2010-2011.

“Critical Thinking and Impactful Communication” program was given to 5 batches in 2011 for the Corporate Planning & IT Managers, VP Information System Solution, Human Capital Management, PDP (Personal Development Program), and SBU Cargo.

“Tactful Communication” program was given to Gapura Team and Go Team to 7 batches in 2011. It is aimed to make them able to handle field problems tactically

Impactful communication is not about WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY but WHAT YOU WANT TO ACCOMPLISH.
