Irmayani Sembiring is an Office Manager in Daily Meaning. She obtained her Bachelor Degree in Sociology from the University of Indonesia.

Her previous working experience as a program assistant in one of the non-profit organizations focusing on leadership and sustainable development, has rewarded her with experience and developed her competencies in managing the programs and the training preparation and execution.

In accordance with her interest in personal growth, she is actively volunteering at TEDx Jakarta and Earth Charter Indonesia. During her activities in these communities she also strengthens her credibility and enriches her knowledge by coordinating many kinds of project such as NGO workshops and big events that bring people together to share experiences and inspire others.

In her spare time, Irma loves to read and write her thoughts about humanity as she has a great passion related with people. On the sidelines, she enjoys cooking and she is active in church activities as a member in the department care.
