Devi Retnowati Anggraeni is an analyst in Daily Meaning. She obtained her Master Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University  Indonesia. Her Bachelor Degree in Psychology, was obtained from Maranatha Christian University, in Bandung, Indonesia.

Her previous working experience include Organizational Development, as an Assistant Head of HR, Broadcast Media Division, in one of the leading Media Groups in Indonesia.  She was also involved in several other recruitment and assessment processes for a number of organizations  in the media, as well as retail industry in Indonesia.

Her area of competence is industrial and organizational psychology. She is currently involved in developing training modules and activities as well as being a co-facilitator in various training programs held by Daily Meaning.

Devi is very keen in the topic of psychology. She took courses on hand writing analysis (graphology) and behavior analysis to further enrich her knowledge in psychology. Her hobbies are outdoor group sports, particularly basketball and travelling.  Devi was an active member of the basketball team ever since middle school and she is still an active basketball player and enthusiast.
