Bagus Rochadiat is a Consultant in Daily Meaning. He obtained a Master degree (MSc) in Work and Organizational Psychology, from Universiteit Maastricht, the Netherlands. His Bachelor Degree (BA), focusing on Psychology and Sociology, was obtained from University College Utrecht, the Netherlands.
His area of competence is organizational development and work psychology. The critical framework derived from his studies abroad and ample experience working in multi-cultural settings has added a different color to the Daily Meaning team. By utilizing the critical approach and combining it with up-to-date researches in the HR world, Bagus has contributed in sharpening the post-training tools recommended by Daily Meaning. Essentially these tools are aimed at reinforcing the training materials and relates to the participants directly (through further training) and structurally (through changes in work environment, performance appraisal, and many others).
Bagus is also passionate about music, arts & culture. Throughout his life he engaged himself in various musical and cultural activities, including participating in a jazz band, Japanese drumming, stomp, Capoeira, and the most recent one being salsa.
