Astra Ayuningputri is a Consultant in Daily Meaning and obtained her Bachelor Degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia.

While Astra has considerable knowledge in various areas of HR, her particular area of competence is in designing and delivering training programs.  She also actively counsels a large number of individuals and groups in the area of personal development and growth.  She uses an eclectic approach in her session where as Behavioral Approach, Accelerated learning, and Experiential Learning . The approach is proven to be more effective and in learning process.

Astra’s current focus of work is on identifying organizational needs with regard to their people development issue and proposing the most suitable learning initiatives to address that related issues. She is also a hands-on facilitator for various soft-skill training programs.

She also strengthens her credibility and enriches her knowledge in psychology by taking a certification from the Authentic School of Graphology as a Handwriting Analyst. With this particular ability, she is able to understand the profile of a person through his or her handwriting, which can be very useful especially in some situations like recruiting process or personal assessment.

On the lighter side, Astra loves challenges and activities that pump her adrenaline. As a matter of fact, bungee jumping is her favorite extreme sport.
